Here’s how I cooked this steak below:

Gave this thick ribeye a season, smoked it until it hit about 54c internal, rested it and then seared it straight on the charcoal!

The caveman sear gives an epic crust and awesome flavour! Definitely give it a try if you’re a steak lover🤘
