That's gross revenue, which is great - but what do they net? The costs to build, promote, furnish, outfit, insure, utilities, taxes, loans, etc. need to be factored in so come up wtih a net profit.

So whatās their cost to build the airbnbs and get permits? How long did it take them to have all 7 and when did they start making profit? And whatās their other job? While getting everything up and running they must have another income to survive.

They basically make less than 100 k-200 k profit but they make majority of their profit from selling courses on youtube on how to make money with Airbnb. There you go.
