Dinosaurs could've noclipped there, and in a lot of levels there's very little that would prevent them from decomposing and fossilizing, so there's probably a few fossils if you were to try digging in the right levels.

It would make sense if dinosaurs exist in the Backrooms if every moment in time is connected in the Backrooms (which is the theory I believe in)
