I have suffered back pain since I was 42. I am now 67 and sometimes it is almost unbearable along with siatica nerve pain in my right hip from my spine all the way to my lower back and now I am having leg pain. I have to have a knee replacment in July. I am not overweight, I do not take pain killers, and I only resort to tylenol or ibuprofin. At this point it doesn't seem to touch the pain. It's tough to think that I will have to deal with this for the remainder of my life.🤔

Does that include sciatica? Awake at 3 am with back/leg pain that has been constant for years. Look forward to understanding if there is a treatment option.

thank you dr Hoeflinger. I had a mri maybe 2 months ago. I was afraid of the results(foot pain, crushing pain in the calf muscles) MRI results are back, unfortunately, spinal stenosis. waiting for physio.

I think I have that in my neck.Diagnosed with severe degenerative disc disease and both arms bottom jaw would go numb and I would drop things. When it finally collapsed down and I have zero lordosis it's fine.Doesnt even hurt but the hydraulics in there is not great.🤣
