Here’s the ultimate recipe for the perfect Nigerian fish roll .
DOUGH
4 cups of All purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Curry powder (optional) but highly recommended
1 cup water plus 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Mix all the above ingredients to form a soft dough and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
FISH FILLING
2 large size fish
Scotch bonnet pepper
Onion
Salt and bullion powder
Paprika
Ginger and garlic powder
Spring onions to garnish
Water
