Funny though because it seems like the people that bullshit on the job get treated better then the ones that don’t at my job the more work you do the more responsibility without compensation they put on your plate and god forbid one day the person’s n who bust his ass at work decides to slow up a bit even if his slow is everyone else’s fast he will get spoken to and potentially reprimanded because the manager is counting on his production to get the numbers meanwhile those who slack literally do what they want and collect a check people can talk shit all they want but think about it if you give 110% for nothing at all ( even tho this should be looked at as a good thing) they will continue to use you y would they promote you just to have to replace you wit someone that can’t do as good a job when they can just string you along while getting the most out of you
