This man knows what he is talking about. I have watched many of his videos and a few other coaches and this is so true. My GF of two years had broke it off and had moved out with me a few times, so I did no contact. Only spoke if i felt it wasn’t bread crumbing. Gave her the space she needed and she had to honestly work on herself a bit. Sometimes it’s not even us gentlemen. She got her time and realized changes I’ve made with how I responded and reacted to things. Shortly after we are back together. She is moving back in but we are trying to get a new house before 2025.
