Now that you mention it I actually like no man's sky, and I like starfield, but now I'm thinking a game with the lore of starfield, and the gameplay of no Man's sky but with the ship customization of starfield would pretty much be the perfect game in the genre.

I make Starfield update and news videos and every, single, time I do... the haters pour in, as if they're spending all day, every day just waiting for a Starfield video to go up so they can take a steaming dump in the comments about how they put "X" number of hours on it and uninstalled... or how they left and never looked back. SO then if they never looked back, if they don't care, and if they've moved on... why are they bothering to keep dumping on it? It's perplexing how much they ACTUALLY seem to care about a game they claim to hate.

Never played no man sky and thought it would be similar but since this is a Bethesda game, giving it a try. But would prefer 1000 planets versus a 1000 systems.

Pretty sure most of those guys thought its gonna be 1000 systems instead of 1000 planets lmao. I find the ship building aspect really fun and the powers part really good.. there is also a bunch of reference jokes laid into the dialogues. I'm still looking for the Jojo reference tho

I think it’s just boring and other games have done it better. I don’t call it hate just not captivating. No man sky, cyberpunk,outer world have done all of it better.

I’m not sure that’s true. Cyberpunk- now that was harsh coverage for an appallingly beta stage product. It’s taken them three years post launch to get it to work as it should have done at release just so the franchise didn’t fold…

enjoy the game as much as you want guys don’t hate on other games. The thing that makes me personally mad regarding Starfield is how Todd Howard said it was gonna be open world. Also I prefer to be put in a world with some story get immersed and expand it myself that is why I don’t like games with a lot and dreasful dialogs I couldn’t even play pokemon properly cuz all them dialogues. Nevertheless I will not hate you for playing whatever you play but the priducer must be accountable

Battlefield 2042 went through more, so did Cyberpunk.
This is deserved. We waited a 10 year development cycle for a game to be "ok" and "wait until youre x amount of hours in, then it gets good". And pay 90$ for the privelege.
