Got one of these on the way! How's temp management? Does it hold Temp for a decent amount of time? I saw you added charcoal to the main chamber, is it designed to hold charcoal like that for normal grilling/searing etc or are you just winging it for the seasoning? Thanks a ton!!

I bought that same smoker about a year ago and I really like it it was a big step up from the charbroiler I had previously just make sure you get yourself some lava tape and seal all the doors the fit on mine wasn't tight at all
