Now show the blackout lights from different distances! The lines (or cat eyes) are used to establish following distance in a convoy. If you see one red line from a taillight, you are too far behind, two lines and you are the correct distance and 4 lines, you are too close.

There was a time after the war and again in the late 60's /early 70's you could get a jeep like this in a crate that didnt make it into a theater. They used to be advertised in magazines next to other adds that you could get surplus M1 Garands too.

I love how it came together! I was skeptical, as you showed the paper choices, but then it made sense as a whole. I think the neutral writing papers and book pages, plus the sanding, helped to tone it down. I’m looking forward to the next phase on this journal! ❤
Do you have a formula for how you choose the mix of papers? I have been trying to figure out a formula for prints/scrapbook paper + book page + writing papers + shorts.

I hear some military vehicles also equipped with glowing axles, like it's painted with phosphor to make it glow and serve the same purpose as blackout lights

The important thing to keep in mind, for those who don't know, is that these were meant for sneaking around at night, and therefore would only be used at low speeds alongside Infantry.
