But it doesn't always work out.. my friend found a roommate on Facebook and they got along pretty well until they moved in together and um.. they hate each other. But they can't switch roommates cuz it's too late. So you can't really control whether you'll get a good roommate or a bad one unless you've known the person for awhile

DEFINITELY i repeat, DEFINITELY do NOT room with your friends from highschool or middle school. Elementary, maybe. But highschool and middle school you spend probably 3-7 years with them only 8 hours, 5 days a week. Try that for nearly 15 hours about 7 days a week for a couple years.

personally I think you should get two roommates so if one's busy then you can go to the second person. There's also a better chance you'll pull out of ur comfort zone so you can feel okay with following along with more experiences and be less nervous. 😊

My only rule for rooming is that their period has to be on the opposite side of the month, otherwise, neither of us are getting out of bed and someone’s gonna end up getting murdered.

I definitely find it important to talk about sleep schedules. 3 of us are night owls and the other goes to bed early, so it’s a reoccurring issue and they’re a light sleeper too. They’ve basically made us have to work around their schedule.
