Nah. It’s not a necessity. Getting paid livable wages IS. If you run a business and can’t pay all your workers livable wages, then down scale. Figure out better marketing. Reassess your suppliers, your overhead, etc. but don’t make consumers FORCED to tip thru guilt or otherwise. As a working full time artist, we are already getting screwed by an economy who has undervalued our worth. I’ve worked in the service industry. I didn’t beg or guilt trip anyone for anything nor did I expect a person to subsidize what my boss might not have been able to pay because of their poor business strategies for growth and sustainability. I moved on. Found other employment or hustled in a market that required my expertise. Nah bro. This ain’t it FC.

Why do I have to leave a tip when a corporation doesn't want to pay you enough? It's also hard for people who are non gig workers and now we can't out without tipping. We are forced to tip for a delivery and food we pay for ? 😂
