Number 4 and most important,start cutting the long pieces first,and use the offcuts for the small places ,and save a lot of money.

Synchronize crew’s measuring tapes to make sure they all MATCH. Some tapes get wiggly on the hook end when used a lot and may read incorrectly. Voice of experience. 👍

I always put a saw on each end of the material. Also my chop saw station will allow for a chop saw setup on each end and I can cut multiple boards at one time very square very accurate very efficient

Well the four horses also helps as composite decking can become "soft" when it is in the sun for a long time. Unless you are dealing with a hour end product that has a four sided cap.
