A number of figures are massively wrong here. Morata was sold for £58m and not €35m ( £30m). That's a massive £28m discrepancy.
From the top of my head, you have miscounted well over £150m (€175m+) just from direct sell here. And altogether ignored loan fees.
For example Lukaku to Inter and Roma was 10+5 = £15 (€18m).
Also sell on clause missing, for example Livermento from Southampton to Newcastle generated £15m.
Also money paid, didn't consider add ons and bonuses. For example Mudryk is £70m + add ons.
So in total, your figure is showing a miscalculation of €200m-€350m. The net spend based on your final figure -€782m is seriously wrong and should be around -€400m to -€450m. And that's what Chelsea have reported as well.
Anyways, hopefully whatever you make video on next time, is backed up by actual numbers.
