As a Chinese I think this is the writing script that Hui community use. Hui ethic group is one of the officially recognized group in China with majority Muslim beliefs. Its call 小儿经 (minor script) normally uses in Hui Quran as lingua frankca between Arabic and written Chinese. This is an endangered script because of rapid adoption of Mandarin Chinese.
