My first workout was 2 minutes. I almost threw up and felt like my chest would explode. I can now do 40 minutes. Never give up

I have this problem but with fixing my sleep schedule. Hearing 'A little bit better is still better' is actually really encouraging

I love how you said "repair relationship with food". It just sounds so much healthier mentally than what you commonly hear.

YESSSS!!!! Thank you! Baby steps are still forward momentum, and any forward momentum is better than all the good intentions and planning in the world.

I call it "not nothing". As long as I'm doing not nothing I'm doing great! Formerly 300lbs, hovering around 145 these days, all from being better, not perfect ❤❤❤

My boyfriend decided to start running early this year. He bought jogging pants and set out early in spring. His run isn't long and he doesn't run the whole thing. Little by little he has been running more and more of his path. Four days a week, no matter the weather he runs and walks. He tells me every day he hates it a little less. I'm so proud of him. He is doing great. He's down about 60lb and his A1C is no longer in the diabetic range. It's not always easy or fun but he is slowly meeting his goals and it all started with a really difficult first attempt.

Repairing your relationship with food is huge, I've been working on this for while, and I think it's finally sinking in. I love your content, and your no bs attitude, thanks for being you ❤️

I’m a teen, I’m living in a world where really good people are talking about things like this. That big changes are still changes. I started working out in little portions, pretty proud of myself

I had a nutrition teacher say to me, "it takes time to gain weight and it will take just as long to lose weight". Changing habits over time is the best way to get to your goals. You're doing great! You got this! You rock! I had a physical training test today and passed. It's been a struggle for me to do the minimum for this test and I did pretty well. I'm not at my goal weight, but I'm slowly getting there. One thing I've learned is that I do better with someone. A friend of mine told me it's called body doubling. It's where you have someone nearby. They don't have to do anything, they just have to be within comfortable earshot. Somehow that helps me and I do better. it's part of the reason why working out with others helps. Remember to tell yourself that you are worthy. You are good enough. You are worth time and energy. You got this. You rock.

I genuinely like you. You're really cool, honest, and kind. Now I'm gonna go back into a deep dive of videos, which is also enertertaining and educational. One more thing. Congratulations on your health journey.

I love this message. There's so many harmful videos online, regarding weight loss. This is what a lot of people really need to hear! 💙

My cardiologist gave me a Sr's Cardiac Patient 30 day exercise, takes around 20 min a day, and it doesn't look like I'm doing much, but I am proud of me for doing, and of you for doing yours. We got this!
