Grapeseed oil & rapeseed oil are the best
Olive oil has higher saturated fat than those besides clear mention of mono & polysaturated fats which seems to me a marketing gimmick because all oils have those besides, what about saturated fat from olive oil is nr equal to sunflower or my traditional peanut oil
