Her baby looks happy and healthy which is what it most important. Some people don’t take well to vegan diets and become anemic but that’s also because a lot of vegan food can still be processed and lack nutrition. Just because it’s “vegan” doesn’t mean it’s healthy. But she seems to be doing a wonderful job. Maybe save #’s for the school lunches 😅

Please turn off your comments. Everybody has an opinion about a seemingly happy healthy baby but have no issue when the majority of kids and people eat a majority processed junk food diet and are sick. I'm sure if her baby needed additional nutrition she would be the first person to do something about it.

I personally don’t believe in vegan diets and feel that kids need the nutrients in non-vegan foods, but I’m very glad you are making him minimally processed vegan foods.
