Awhile back as I was driving to work, I passed two women jogging in my subdivision. I remember thinking, “They probably don’t have to work. Probably married to surgeons and shop all day.” I was jealous and mad. Suddenly, I heard your voice saying, “WHO ARE YOU BEING?!” And I suddenly realized how ridiculous it was for me to be jealous because “who I was” was a badass bitch, looking fly, on my way to my career where I make a difference. Changed my whole perspective right then.

This is the same as religious rituals. People are following traditions that used to produce the feelings that helped those people manifest their desires. What worked for someone else may not work for you and so many people are following empty rituals instead of setting intensions from their own place of personal power. The ritual was never the key for the manifesting, the power always belonged to the person who was feeling and setting the intention.

I remember that there have been times when I visualized for just few seconds infact accidentally and never repeated it but still it manifested in my reality.. it's about the intensity and desire not the quantity

Kim! I really hope you get to read this. I feel like giving up. I’ve been consciously manifesting my SP for 3 years now. In the beginning it was a feeling of consistent battle with my thoughts. Until I started affirming out loud that was the only thing that helped with that and the opposing thoughts. I manifested my SP in several times but not the full manifestation. I would get triggered at times and I would go back and affirm for myself as well as him. In the mist of all this there’s a 3p that he’s been on and off with for the same amount of time. I really believed the 3p was gone by now. I really did believe it. I mean I had some intrusive thoughts but I would shake it off and say it’s not true. I literally manifest so many things and other ppl doing things all the time. I always try to tell myself that manifesting SP is easy cause I’ve done it already. So, I’ve been affirming and doing inner conversations that he would spend his birthday with me or even reach out to me but nothing happened and I stopped checking social media a long time ago but today I decided to check and to find out that him and 3p went away for his birthday. I know nothing that I do is wrong. I know that manifestation is instant but WTH. That really triggered me in a hurt way cause I honestly believed that it was over between them. That person stopped crossing my mind too.
I feel like giving up. I haven’t been with anyone else in years because he’s been the only one that I’ve wanted to be with. A part of me just feels defeated and I promised myself this year would be different but I don’t know. I’m crying as I write this because everyday I am and choose to be the version of myself that has my man and the relationship and everything in between and I don’t settle and now seeing that I’m like “I give up” I just wanted this year to be different and continue to work on myself everyday. I just don’t know what this is happening. I deserve my happy ending with the person I choose too! I’m not a victim. I’m just tired of not getting what I want.
