"Before hiring Dan and his firm, I was worried about how to protect my business and company if anything were to happen. Thanks to him I was able to officially trademark my company! Dan actually found out that someone else registered the trademarks EXACT same name for the EXACT same services as me. You see, this person had the "idea" for the name way before it was applied for by this other person, but didn't make it a priority to register it. Now they have no chance of getting that name registered, and have to change their marketing materials! If you don't want to get caught flat-footed, get your trademark application in as soon as you can to help you avoid these types of situations.
