Most ceiling shots are just „drive up over the wall to get a shot from the ceiling“ and shouldn’t be called flip resets.
However, real air dribbles from the ground like Joyo or from far back like this one, that put focus on the dribbling part, really deserve the reset title, cause they are not a simple „Ima shoot from the ceiling“, but have a bigger picture to them, where the touch to the ceiling is just about the reset, not positioning etc

No, a reset can only be obtained from the ball. Since the stadium is enclosed any jump given from the stadium surface is that surface + shot ex. Wall shot . If it were a double flip reset driving off the inside of the goal and then shooting would be considered a flip reset rather than the definition of the mechanic which is all 4 tires touch the balls surface at the same time.

It looks like two resets because he did a wavedash reset, which basically happens when you flip too early at certain angles when you get a reset, and it "wavedashes" back onto the ball for another reset. Most people count them as a separate kind of reset instead of counting it, because you can actually chain massive amounts of them together, and it's unfair since resetters could just hit 10 normally then do 5 more wavedash resets after it and it would make getting higher amounts of resets easier. But I've also seen people comment about the landing on the ceiling count, which everyone doesn't count the ceiling reset as a reset unless you do multiple of them, which is seen in wall freestyling. Even then it counts as a seperate kind of reset.

A lot of people call celing shots flip resets, they are technically correct as you get a flip from the ceiling. So this shot he did technically get 2 flip resets, however it is not the traditional double flip reset we see. So I guess you could technically call this a double reset or a ceiling into flip reset shot.
