I appreciate the combination of wanting better (materials, design) by pulling back the extra extravagance. These aren't fantasy castles, highlight one or two details of the home and let the reason fall into a hierarchy of importance.

Occasionally I count roof lines on a house. One of my pet peeves is a house cluttered with oodles of them. Whether it’s a 1,500 sf house or 3,500 sf house, it doesn’t need seven. Less is best and this proves it. Thanks, Brent.
