When it comes to Bitcoin, Why is the 1996 paper published by the NSA titled: "HOW TO MAKE A MINT: The CRYPTOGRAPHY OF ANONYMOUS ELECTRONIC CASH" with contributions written by (see page 22.) Tatsuaki Okamoto oddly similar to Satoshi Nakamoto.... ignored? this was written 12 years before Satoshi authored the bitcoin whitepaper in 2008.
