Hi Jacob I have a delimma on my case i have an approved I140 with a priority date of dec 12, 2022 and based on the current nvc announcement under note E: no forward movement is expected for the next coming months and possible further retrogression is to be expected due to very high demands of visas for the employment category. Now my question is can i apply a TN visa and work for another employer while waiting for our visa interview? Same goes for my wife who is also a nurse.

Wow! I didnt know that. So, my question is: Can an F1 holder on CPT while still remaining with a year to graduate also be able to start GC application for the future job after graduating? Or he or she needs to wait until he graduates?
