“calories fuel your personality” is so real. when i was in the depths of my ed I didn’t even realise how much my personality had faded away, and how i went from a joyous happy little girl to a grumpy and sad teen. after i started eating better, my personality came back and i have never been happier, all thanks to you, ro. ❤

I am forever grateful for your page. I’m eating meat again for health reasons so I’m eating a lot less than I used to as I am physically too full to eat more, anyone who didn’t eat meat or dairy for 10 years knows what I mean. It’s so hard in those moments not to feel happy about eating less food and slipping back into nasty thoughts. But no I am eating until I’m full like actually full!!! I’m so proud of myself for that. Feeling full is still a trigger for me. But your page reminds me everytime it’s a good thing. I go to your page almost every day for that help. Thank you thank you thank you.

That's so true! "Calories fuel freedom" brought tears to my eyes. I didn't understand that for years until I realised, selfcare is the key to an independent and happy life. Since I realised that, I'm a completely different person.
