And you can easily make them harder or easier with a couple modifications… We recommend elevating your heel or doing them on a slanted surface to make them more accessible. it took me atleast a month of training to be able to do a pistol squad. but now that i am able to, it looks so cool to do in the park. cuz most ppl dont have the mobility and strengh required to do it.

How do you build up to them though? How long should you do regular squats prior to this or what kind of progress should you make before starting to do one legged squats??
