They should allow these categories to stay in usa on B1/B2 visa if they are documentarly qualified and when the point of time of interview arrives they should appear in their own country consulate.

Yes their advocacy is to make families reunite but in the Philippines no movement at all it's been 3 years but in the other categories they are moving I just feel like it so unfair for F1 and f2b family categories I hope they will hear us

And, with all due respect, there will always be a "priority" situation. Right, wrong or indifferent.
And, let's face it, our government isn't going to fix this. If you've ever seen the same road under construction for years, then you'll realize that it's how they operate. Even if they were to try to modernize it, by the time it got straightened out it would be outdated again.

jacob i am priority date january 2021 approved by nvc november 2022 after 1.6 months block from visa bulletin april 2024 the bulletin includes my priority date nvc send me email wait 60 days is not normal when you think you can tell me the date of interview right now I am in the visa bulletin, I am in Albania

So why not cut out the consulates/embassies interview process after they have taken all necessary documents through USCIS and NVC?
