They won’t even give you a refund if your order is fucked up. They give you store credit. We stopped going because three times in a row our order was entirely wrong and they just kept giving us store credit. Like give me my money back so I can go to Qdoba!

Fast food places all micromanage things like "beef efficiency" and crap like that. Managers will yell at employees to short portions lower the recipes call for .

Most of my online orders are sized right. I'm a vegetarian, so it's difficult to find fast casual options. With their rewards and credit card gift card offers, I get my veggie burrito bowls for about $11 and it's enough to feed 2.

I’ve worked at Chipotle and will attest that this is completely on management. They check cameras and weigh meat to assess how much food is being used per serving and workers get in trouble for giving out too big portion. I know, because I was one of those people who got in trouble. Ya boy don’t skimp
