Yes, I totally agree - we have a huge problem in loving ourselves only! Like, this world tells us to do so. But how can i warn off my neighbor (like in Ez 33, 7-9 f.e) while knowing somebody’s a non-believer? I know God’s seed could be very small but this man wouldn’t “like” that God that only tells him how sinful he is! Because non-believers often think that way, bc they do not know the real God.

The idea that some of us "reject" god or "truth" because we love our sins is just not right at all. Some of us, the majority of atheist, actually looked into the claims of religion, found them to be wrong and without merit, and then dropped it. That's it. Had very little to nothing to do with if we "wanted to live in sin". We wanted to know the actual truth of the world. It's as simple as that. So when Christian say things like "oh you just want to sin" you are not listening, or understanding us, and are instead imposing your own narrative of how we went through things. Its not a very honest take to have and quite honestly is very dismissive and rude to many of the hardships, pain, and anxiety we went through to get to where we are now.

Sure religion is foolish, but Christianity is based on the person of Jesus of Nazareth. Whether He is GOD or not. I get the skepticism especially today a lot of Christians say a lot of strange things. But the reality is that either GOD exists or it doesn't. Regardless of what we believe. If GOD doesn't exist no amount of faith can create it, and if GOD does exist no amount of disbelief has any effect on it. So the question is what is the objective truth of our reality, not what some subjective religion says?
The problem with Atheism is that it's 100% based on faith. If physicists say the universe is fine-tuned with extreme precision, the Atheist has to dismiss that fact, or chalk it up to chance, or random events, instead of a mind where our observational experience shows us intelligent minds create things of complexity and precision.
Or if we have thousands or maybe even millions of accounts of supernatural events, like spirits and such every account that has ever been given has to be dismissed a false or in someway as not real because if they were as the main character in "A haunting in Venice" put it:
"Please understand, madame,
I would welcome with open arms any honest sign of devil or demon or ghost for if there is a ghost, there is a soul.
If there is a soul, there is a God who made it, and if we have God, then we have everything.
Meaning, order, justice.
But I have seen too much of the world.
Countless crimes, two wars, the bitter evil of human indifference, and I conclude, no.
No God, no ghosts."
Except we have countless testimonies of supernatural events and so we would have to have faith that not even 1 account is true because if there is even 1 that's true then there exists the possibility of a spirit realm, an afterlife, and we can't have that.
I believe Jesus is GOD because He made multiple claims about the future. In fact, the Bible is filled with claims about the future. Is it 100% true? I don't know, is there truth in the Bible? Yes. That's where I begin. For me, I have enough evidence that the probability is that GOD exists and Jesus is GOD based on the claims He made about the future, the timing, and the claims we can verify. Whether it's enough for anyone else to place their faith in is up to them. It is for me though. Maybe these can help. Take care. Be well.
