I have been brushing my tongue and the roof of my mouth for around 30+ years and I have purchased a tongue scraper about a year ago, but I have not used it yet because it just easier to just scrub you tongue with the toothbrush that still have toothpaste on it and the roof of your mouth to keep away coating and dead skin.

It’s crazy how little people knew about tongue scrappers. I guess it must just be a holistic thing. I’m glad more people are talking about it. Major difference in your oral hygiene guys!
