Sorority, and no, they didn't provide job search coaching, but they did provide professional development big time. I held executive board positions, learned how to run a team, how to talk to officers who were not fulfilling their duties (replace officers if needed), coach officers on how to do their roles, etc. We ran meetings in parliamentary procedure. Everyone learned how to give reports and talk in front of a crowd, etc. Also, running for roles required filling out an application, explaining why you would be good for the position, and networking to get people to vote for you. (Officer roles or executive board member roles.)
