What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

That's great that you are able to do yoga. Unfortunately, I have lost the use of my dominant hand due to MS and so Yoga isn't a good choice for me or at least not the kinds I have done in the past. I try to walk daily. Having a dog has been good to get me out and walking regularly.

Wow, Seb I wish I could do a head stand! I am so glad to see you shine.I have been helping with someone in my family whom just got a knee replacement. So it has been a handful. First recent exercise routine was very helpful I tried it last week. It was a perfect level for me.Stay awesome Seb always in my prayers. ❤

Wow man. Mine started preteen and after a life of zero pullups I finally got to 13 at around 20 years old during an 9 month period . Then the next day 2, then 1 and never again. The best I can do is not be heavy.
