I had power chains the second week of my braces if people are wondering dose it hurts Yes it does for the first three days and then in a couple of days the pain is gone I had them for three weeks then I went back to normal with no power chains. And if you're wondering how to help with the pain drink some cold water and it can cool your wire or something else that hurts or take some medicine for the pain Hope this helps I tried my best to explain ๐
