I'm a 6'4, 200lb man. My whole life I've been meat and potatoes. I'm fully plant based now. Eating raw seemed impossible at first. Now it's so delicious and I crave it

Don’t forget fruits are full of carbohydrates and therefore are not complete meals. If you’re vegan and don’t want to eat meat or other byproducts try things like legumes and beans. Good source of protein and you can make all types of dishes like soups, salads, pasta, meat substitutes etc
