Here's what what a full day of eating looks like for a plant-based vegan baby.

MENU:
✨Breakfast: Tofu scramble, chia pudding, blackberries
✨ Morning snack: Strawberry kiwi smoothie (and we add a liquid multi-vitamin with iron, b12, D3, etc to it)
✨ Lunch: Plantain, mixed veggies, pasta, black beans + red bell pepper
✨ Afternoon snack: Chickpea "Not Tuna" Salad + crackers

Ok but yall saying she never gave the child a choice or that she's forcing her lifestyle on to the child stfu... I dont agree with giving a baby a vegan diet but this argument is just dumb. Did u have a choice when your parents gave u meat? Or when they "forced" their lifestyle on you? Atleast the baby looks relatively healthy and happy, and they have a loving parent that not only prepares lovely meals for them but takes alot of time out to breastfeed... Not all children get that much love from their mother

Kid will be healthy. .... people need to open their minds. Plant based diets are safe and very good for you. All you have to do is make sure you are getting enough protein and specific vitamins. Which isn't hard to do. Cruelty free too. Win win.

I'm a butcher and a large portion of my business is lean beef for babies. Even poor parents will themselves eat cheap cuts or just chicken in order to provide their babies lean beef.

How do you get iron in the baby’s diet? Do you supplement or are there veggies that contain enough? What about for omega 3 and B Vitamins?

And like, maybe 10% of vegan parents make such a fine variety of foods for their kid. This lady has it down - the breast milk is a guarantee. Plus, this baby is discovering and enjoying all kinds of foods that most kids would sneer at.
