Context: They are just selling information like what games you search, what games you play,stuff like that. They sell it to advertisers for money and so they make ads with stuff you like. They are not selling your actual personal dating like email, phone number, not like that.

I don’t think people understand by what they mean by personal info, the mean cookies, which shows what websites you’ve looked at, what ads you’ve clicked on, just your interests in general. They are going to sell this info so when you get ads they are personalized to your preference. Your phone does this too! it sounds really wrong, but personally i think i’d prefer having personalized ads lol
edit: guys im actually wrong, they don’t track your websites. They teach the games you’ve played on roblox and the things you’ve bought on roblox and sell that data!

Example: If you’re on TikTok and post something about Barbie then you will get an ad of Barbie. So, Roblox is going through your account to see what games you search up and what games you play so you can get recommendations for similar games you have searched up or played! Hope this helps!❤️
