Remember when Doug Ford gave police the power to stop people outside their home as part of a pandemic lockdown? Yeah, that was unconstitutional. Learn more about where government responses to COVID-19 went wrong in my new book, Pandemic Panic: a.co/d/fYcHKzg

It was all about controlling the Canadian people.

We were shocked to realize how much power our elected officials had. Apparently laws only apply to regular people.

The pandemic proved the Charter is completely worthless. We do NOT have guaranteed rights and freedoms in Canada. This will be true, so long as the government can enact temporary laws & then weasel their way out of it by removing the laws before the lawsuit happens - making it "moot".

Jt needs to do hard time for that, nobody else, just Justin. Any Lib that stands up to argue that can join him.

The first and foremost issue with this is that you still address the whole thing as a pandemic and not a plandemic. Planned, Planned , Planned .....Β to devise or project the realization or achievement of. planned their escape. 3. : to have in mind : intend.

Thank you for doing your videos on this subject. Section 1 of the Charter says that Charter rights can be limited by law so long as those limits can be shown to be reasonable in a free and democratic society. If Canadian courts have ruled that the Covid laws were reasonable, isn't that the end of it? I enjoy your programs.

How can anything be constitutional or unconstitutional? We don't have a constitution, renaming the BNA Act and removing the enactment clause doesn't create a Constitution for the People. Why is this topic not worthy of research and discussion?

There was nothing "unconstitutional" about it... We Canadians have no Constitution. We have a Charter of Rights and Freedoms
