Before 2019 I used to believe that Aurveda is nothing but mixture of a few herbs that can cure general ailments. Then I met an aurvedic doctor (Dr. Ravin Chandak) who didn't just prescribe ayurvedic medicines, he made them right there. I see them work for a complex problem where alopathic were not working. This Doctor is so respected in his city that other doctors would not write any ayurvedic medicine if they come to know you are his patient. I have so much respect for him now.

Idk where you came up with dung and urine but milk curd and ghee especially that comes from cow is considered healthy and there’s a saying as well in villages where you get them unprocessed, if you consume them regularly you will never get sick.
