Imo, to answer the title question. I thought that it was more on Max.
But to answer the question at the start of the video about: âShould Max have made it easy for Norris?â. Absolutely not.
Lando is an F1 driver. He doesnât get special treatment. Like imagine if we replaced Norris in that question with Leclerc or Hamilton or Russell.
No driver deserves special treatment. Itâs a sport. As long as itâs within the rules itâs fine. But he shouldnât make it easy for Norris, no.

I am not a Max fan but a Ferrari fan. Earlier in the race, Leclerc closed Max at the same spot in the same way as Max did to Lando
However, Max is a pure racer, he went more left, half car off the track, cut Leclerc inside and overtook him
Pure genuine racing
Lando could do exactly the same however, Lando need to eat more cornflakes to reach Max's level of racing
If you don't know what I'm talking about, find that video on Youtube

Max was making moves under braking. This is dangerous. Also, Max kept his place by driving outside of the track and never gave it back.
FIA stuards are always claiming that it's not the outcome of an incident that make them decide on the penalty and is the drivers actions prior to that. Then why didn't they penalized Max 3-4 time for making more than one defensive move and for changing lines under f-ing braking? Alonso would had 3 penalty points on his license for this, judging from this season.

Here is the absolute truth:
By the rules, Max was at fault for every inchident except when Lando divebombed and went off track... which he immediately gave back, which is him serving the penalty for passing off track. The Stewards are at fault for letting drivers cheat and creating an atmosphere where drivers are rewarded for cheating. Lando deserved the win and Max should have been penalized well before the crash ever happened, a crash that was, by the rules, 100% Max's fault.
The stewards "letting them race" does not give us better racing. It rewards throwing people off track and making possibly amazing battles last 1 corner.
This is my opinion:
The only way to get better racing with the cars we have is to punish drivers for disrespecting other car's rights to be on track and to change the idiotic ruling that gives the "right" to the racing line. This isnât 1950 anymore. The drivers aren't going to die if they race wheel to wheel. You should have to give room on every corner to a battling driver who is alongside you (should be defined as more than 50% alongside and in control of their car), this does not mean a car's width, just the ability to be legally "on track" aka, any part of your car on the racing surface. If you don't want to give room, you shouldnt have let them get alongside, sucks to suck. If you push a driver off track who was alongside you, they should have the right to complete their pass off track given that they do not go even further off track to gain an advantage.

Max would rather cause a crash and take both drivers out then be overtaken for the lead position.
