Crawling is one of my favorite exercises. On my 63rd birthday, I crawled in my backyard for two hours, doing pushups along the way. By the time I was done, I had completed 200 pushups. Sometimes it was only one or two reps but still, a great workout. Thanks for this video. At least I know I am on the right path. Have a great day.
