In Hungary we have these as pancakes (we call it "palacsinta"). You can fill it up with many interesting things. Poppy seeds/grated nuts/cocoa+ sugar, cottage cheese+ lemon zest, jams, or even nutella.

We had these every Sunday. They are amazing with a bit of maple syrup and crispy bacon rolled up. Some of my favorite memories when I was a kid.

As a Canadian living in Brittany I confirm this is a well-prepared crèpe, perfect colour and right thickness. Lemon, melted butter and grains of sugar are the ultimate crepe. A pancake is something more dense and fluffy and also wonderful.

Cook down mushrooms in butter and near the end throw spinach into the pan. Put that on top of the crepe, throw some feta on and roll 😋

Serbian pancakes recipe, makes around 20 to 30 of em depending on the size of your pan: 1 glass of milk 4 glasses of water 1/2 glass of oil 3-4 eggs depending on the size 1 tablespoon of sugar Pinch of salt You mix all that together with a whisk or even better with a mixer until you get a homogenous solution. Then you proceed to add flour little by little until you get a thick bater that is still runny not solid, not as thick as you would do it for american pancakes, it needs to be able to flow on the pan like shown in the video. Then you take a pan and brush it with oil and bake the pancakes on medium to high temperature. You may need to reapply the oil brushing of the pan after a couple of pancakes l, allways do a thin layer dont put to much oil. Enjoy your classic Serbian pancake.

1 hour not necessary. Just 15 to let the flour bloom and it thickens. It’s pretty much the standard recipe. I don’t add heavy cream.
