When you are inconsistent remember the explanation that it's like dipping cloth in a dye. The more you dip, the more it takes on the color. You can miss a session or a day, while not optimal, it still helps. I have delt with undiagnosed panic attacks and TM has solved my issue for the most part. My anxiety is low-key now with very little issue.
