Since you announced the challenged, I'd already started to sleep on a silk pillowcase, seal my ends with jojoba after a shower, and scalp massage. I will also be trying night time protective styling and rhassoul clay wash later this month. The only things I'm not planning on trying this month (between what I've already tried and what I'm already doing) are ayurvedic hair spray, scalp hair growth treatment, and MSM. I will probably try those later, but too many changes at once, and I might not know which were beneficial. Which is why I already made some of the changes in January. So far, the only things I've tried that didn't work well for me were flax seed hair gel and washing my hair in braids. My hair is long enough at this point, however the ends are very skinny. Maybe it's just that not all of my hair has had time to catch up with longest ones. Or maybe I do need to change a few more things still. My hair is just about as long as it can grow without me worrying about sitting on it when I'm wearing it down, and a few inches of it pile up in my lap when I sit down. So I don't really need more length at this point, I only need to make it grow thicker, especially at the bottom. I have fine, wavy hair...a lot of it but the hairs are very fine, which also makes my hair fragile, which is why I think not much it it makes it to the length that the longest hairs can achieve. At least...not yet!

I'm about to turn 71 and bought your clay 2 years ago and haven't had the courage to try it till now. I've been using the boar brush and oiling my hair couple times a month with good results so far. I washed it yesterday your way and so far I like how soft it left my longish grey hair 😊. Thanks for the challeng

Brushing my hair with my boar bristle brush as I am typing this. My hair is somewhere between bra strap (at shortest length) and waist (at longest point in the middle of the back) length. My goal is to have it one length at my bottom at least. I wash my hair every 3-4 days now and want to get to weekly. I have my spray bottle and apple cider vinegar to start that this month. My plan is to use at least half (I wrote them down for reference) of the steps in your video, then add one each month until incorporating them all and have my one length butt length hair by the end of this year! So excited as my hair is already longer than it has ever been by implementing just a few of the techniques you have suggested!

Went all in on hair transformation challenge, only washed hair once in Rasul Clay and rinsed with vinegar. Probably used too much of both as I have currently chin length hair that hasn’t budged In Months. Hair is really dry and adding oils and essential oils doesn’t make it any more manageable. Guess we’ll see how long it takes for my hair to adapt but I won’t wash again this weekend, I’ll wait another week and perhaps use a conditioner this week in Liu of the clay/ vinegar.

I'm going all in as well. My hair is short, and my hair has been pulled out, and i really need this to work to fill it back in. I'm looking forward to this working.
