I love your videos Maggie! This is great advice because I would imagine it would be hard to talk about. IBD issues can be hard to talk about even with friends and then meeting someone new and having to explain it, I think would be very uncomfortable the first few times. If you have an understanding person, I guess you wouldnโt even notice it after a while as I it is just a part of you like your nose and your ears etcโฆ.. You give SUCH good tips Maggie!!!!
