Nice variation. Seems like something arm wrestlers might use too. Hey suppose it can be done backwards for tennis elbow? That’s my problem at the minute.

i feel this straight away in the part of my elbow thats tender, i googled it and i think its golfers elbow. will doing this make the injury flair up more? i feel no pain doing any movement other than low bar squat and slight tenderness randomly when i twist my hand
