The 49 Euro ticket is not suitable in many cases if you come just for a short trip to Germany, because it is a subscription ticket and if you buy it after the 15th of a month it costs already 98 Euro, and you need to buy it online and cancel the subscription before the 14th!!!!!

Also far more northern destinations are worth visiting but I understand the problem with this ticket. So Hamburg, Niedersachsen Schleswig-holsteinisch und Mecklenburg vor Pommern need to wait for a vist
