Maybe beginner if you're already strong and capable, they're definitely not true beginner starting from scratch. For example, I have a weak upper body. It took me a year before I could attempt crow pose. Definitely not a beginner position. But as a side note I also have CFS and fibromyalgia so things progress slower for me.. So don't feel bad if you can't do any of these yet. Not everyone's idea of beginner is the same and it's often not inclusive. You'll get there eventually in your own time 💜

I've been oddly very good at crow for years. Like never tried it and just smashed it. Never been able to go from there to a headstand. Until recently. Super smooth too. Certainly getting there.

If you label some thing as beginner or easy and somebody can’t do it, you’re going to kill their confidence even more and that’s going to minimize any progress they could have made by just sticking with it and giving actual info on how to approach from a true beginner. You take for granted that you’re already in great shape.
