Ingredients
Melongene (Egg Plant) β 2 Large.
Tomatoes β Β½ lb.
Red Onion β 1 Large.
Sweet Pepper β 1 Large.
Garlic β 12 Cloves (crushed).
Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Pasta Sauce β 28 oz.
Brown Sugar β ΒΌ cup.
Cottage Cheese - 16 oz
Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
Egg - 1 L (beaten)
Parsley - 2 tbsp (finely chopped).
Mozarella - 4 cups
Pasta β 2 boxes (no boil)
Mild Cheddar Cheese β 2 cups.

Every Sunday my granny does make Lasagna,Fried Rice,Red Beans,Baked Chicken,Fish,Macaroni Salad,Potato Salad and Turkey heavy meal or sometime she will switch Lasagna to Macaroni Pie or Potato Pie
