Sausage popper boats!

So quick, easy and tasty! I used the below ingredients:

- Spanish chorizo
- Cream cheese
- Diced bacon
- Diced brown onion
- Diced red capsicum
- Sliced green jalapeño

Method:

- Slice the top of the sausage length ways but don’t go all the way through
- Press the meat down to make a boat shape
- Brown off your onion, capsicum and bacon
- Mix your onion, capsicum and bacon with cream cheese
- Fill your sausage boats with the cream cheese mix
- Top with sliced jalapeños
- Smoke at 300F/150c for around 45 minutes or until the sausage meat has cooked through
- Enjoy

You can level these up by adding your favourite sauce too!
