Hello Kate, appreciate your content ๐๐ปCan I ask which way is your trailing foot pointing. I always struggle with getting comfortable in this pose because I never know if the top of foot is on the mat, sole of the foot facing upwards with toes pointing back, or the is the foot rotated pointing to the side?
